1983, Jim Freeman has owned and managed C.B.C.I. as a general
contracting company based on honesty, integrity, and reliability. To
find a person with more experience, knowledge, or understanding of
construction processes would be a challenge to say the least. And this
is what C.B.C.I. offers to its clients everyday. The promise to share
our experiences, offer our knowledge, and guide our clients
understanding as we help them to develop their project, make key
decisions during the construction process, and assist them with any
