At
C.B.C.I. we understand relationships. We understand that our
relationships with our clients are more important than anything else we
can do in a given day. We understand that our relationships with our
architects, engineers, and subcontractors will be a vital part of each
project. And we understand that solid relationships in general, build
long term success.
Since
1983, Jim Freeman has owned and managed C.B.C.I. as a general
contracting company based on honesty, integrity, and reliability. To
find a person with more experience, knowledge, or understanding of
construction processes would be a challenge to say the least. And this
is what C.B.C.I. offers to its clients everyday. The promise to share
our experiences, offer our knowledge, and guide our clients
understanding as we help them to develop their project, make key
decisions during the construction process, and assist them with any
questions or concerns that may arise during the project or years after
completion.
At C.B.C.I. we know that each
relationship and each project represents every aspect of our company as
a general contractor. It’s what we are about. And we are excited
about the future.
