Design Build

C.B.C.I. works with qualified and experienced architects and engineers on a project to project basis. This allows us to offer efficient design-build capabilities to our clients to help stream line their project and move forward with a timely and viable approach to the scheduled completion.

Budget Analysis

When a company or individual is anticipating starting a new project or financing a building questions and concerns about construction costs and fees become important. At C.B.C.I. we are always willing to do a complete budget analysis for a client along with any additional projections that may be required. We will work directly with our subcontractors, architects, and engineers to analyze a project and give our customer a thorough breakdown of costs and fees related to the project before it ever begins along with any other key information that may relate to the construction process. This analysis will allow a company to make a decision on how they would like to approach the project and see what changes or additions can be made within their budget.

Construction Management

When a company has a desire to be more directly involved in their project on a day to day basis in regards to areas such as bid selection, project costs, and design quality entering into a construction management agreement will provide the most benefit. Over the past five years C.B.C.I. has enjoyed a strong amount of success with their clients in approaching projects using this process. Our clients have found that teaming with C.B.C.I. as their construction management firm has saved them thousands of dollars during the construction process. Under this agreement C.B.C.I. provides all the architectural, design, subcontracting, and engineering services that the client may require but we offer day to day management services based on a negotiated fee instead of a percentage of the overall project cost. In addition, contracts can be written that will allow all job costs to be controlled by the client and construction manager. This is just another way that we can offer the experience and knowledge of a large construction firm at a fraction of the cost.

Remodeling Services

We realize that new state of the art facilities are not always the most economically efficient way to operate a business. Sometimes a new and improved look to an existing office or institution is a better match for a company. C.B.C.I. offers full scale remodeling services ranging from demolition and removal to structural additions.
